Baugh’s Beach House Overview:
This home is located in Kiwanda Shores, a gated community. A very comfortable beach home great for family getaways. Very easy beach access. The MASTER BEDROOM Suite has an ocean view, a queen bed, TV/DVD, and a full bath. The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed and a trundle bed. A Full Bath across the hall (shower only). The LIVING ROOM has an ocean view, with a flat screen TV/DVD. The KITCHEN/DINING ROOM is fully equipped, has a table with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two bar chairs, and has an ocean view. Laundry Room & West deck with six yard chairs.
Picnic Table is on the east deck and has a Gas BBQ. Parks 3 cars. No Telephone, cable or TV reception.
Starting on July 1,2021 There will be a charge of 2% going to Tillamook County for the Rental Fee added to the total cost of the rental.
